Step 2: Enter Your Measurements

Input your height in inches. If you use the metric system, you'll need to convert your measurements to inches first. (1 inch = 2.54 cm)

Measure and enter the circumference of your neck at its narrowest point, in inches.

For your waist, measure at the navel level and input this number in inches.

If you've selected female as your gender, also measure your hips at their widest point and enter this measurement in inches.

Step 3: Calculate Your Body Fat Percentage

Once all fields are accurately filled, click the "Calculate" button. The calculator will compute and display your estimated body fat percentage below the button.

Tips for Accurate Measurements

To ensure the best accuracy:

  • Use a flexible tape measure.
  • Measure in a relaxed state and ensure the tape is snug, without compressing the skin.
  • For consistent results, take measurements under similar conditions each time.
